Violet Mercerized Cotton Saree

A graceful completely handloom-woven saree crafted in super soft luxurious mercerized cotton. The rich purple body is adorned with delicate small butti motifs scattered across the saree, while the pallu features an intricately handwoven geometric design with a beautiful metallic finish. The contrasting pink detailing along the edges adds a contemporary touch to the traditional weave.

Mercerization is a finishing process that enhances the natural qualities of cotton. It gives the fabric a smoother surface, subtle sheen, improved colour absorption and a slightly more lustrous appearance, while retaining cotton's natural breathability and comfort.

Easy hand wash, no machine wash. Use mild detergent. Dry in shade. Iron on medium heat.
