1.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit cards

  • Net banking

  • Wallet payments



2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 4-12  working days, depending on your location. Time may extend based on customizations.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unused, unwashed products with tags intact.

4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours.
We will replace the product or issue refund/ credit once verified.

5. Are refunds available?

Refunds are not offered, except when a damaged/wrong product has no replacement available.

6. Do colors vary from the photos?

Yes, slight color variations may occur due to screen brightness or lighting. This is not considered a defect.

7. How should I care for handwoven sarees?

We recommend gentle handwash or dry cleaning for all handwoven pieces. Naturally dyed sarees leave colour during first wash.It does not COMPROMISE the quality or look of the saree in any way.

8. Do you customize sarees ?

Yes. colour ,fabric and print customizations only.

9. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS/email.

10.Do you deliver across India?

Yes! We deliver to all locations across India. For remote or restricted areas, delivery times may vary.

11. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
