Return & Exchange Policy

At SareeShaastra, we take great care in curating quality sarees. If you face an issue with your order, please review the policy below.


Exchange Window


Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

Please record an unboxing video.

Requests must be raised through our official contact channels.



Eligibility


Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact.


Items showing wear, stains, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.



Not Eligible for Exchange


Used or washed items

Items with alterations (fall/pico)

Minor weaving variations in handwoven sarees

Colour differences due to screen/lighting



ITEMS UNDER STOCK CLEARANCE SALE


Process


1. Share order ID and product images/videos.



2. After approval, ship the item back to us.



3. Once quality check is complete, we’ll process the exchange or refund.





Refunds


Refunds are not provided, except when a damaged/wrong product cannot be replaced.

Slight colour variations , thread pull are normal and not considered defects.

Handwoven sarees may have minor irregularities that reflect their craftsmanship.
